Vintage Truck Holiday Mini **Deposit Only**

This item is for a booking deposit/retainer for Saturday November 11 or Sunday November 12 (must be available Sunday for rain date if needed)
**Rain date: Sunday if needed-will be given a time closest to original booking time
*Session Rate: $75.00 deposit + $125.00 due on 11/11 or 11/12 = $200 total

*What's included: 15 minutes of session time & 6 digital images

Details:
~Photo session with our special red vintage truck as pictured but props will be different. Will have multiple poses with the truck and if desired 1-2 poses in our farm meadow without the truck.
~Sessions are for one immediate family per time slot
~Times in dropdown menu are available for booking unless they already have a family name listed next to the time (only book if this is you)
~Please arrive 5 minutes before your time and pull down the driveway to the circle and park next to the next traffic cone with a parking sign. Kindly be ready to
~If rain or snow are imminent we will cancel, clients will be notified within 2 hours of their start time and will be given a new time on the rain date of 11/12/23. If both days (11/11 & 11/12) are raining client will be offered an in studio session in leu of the vintage truck session and an upgrade to 10 images as a thank you for understanding the nature of outside photo sessions with rentals. Please understand your purchase of this deposit shows your agreement to our rain plan.

~Additional images if available will be delivered al la carte: $20 per image or 6 for $100

**Estimated delivery time of images is 2.5 weeks, a 5 day rush can be placed on your gallery for an additional $75.00 due on day of session.
**There will be no reshoots. Reschedules will be made on an as needed basis if client or photographer is ill and may then have to be a studio session.
**Client agrees to reschedule session if anyone in their house has had a fever within 2 days of the session date.
**If session has to be canceled due to any changes in NJ executive order/covid restrictions then we will reschedule for when restrictions are lifted.
**Client does not hold photographer responsible for any risk of covid-19 or any other sickness possibility while they are in their session. Clients understand that photographer will not be wearing a mask but will be socially distant if desired.
**This serves as your contract for this session only-a paper copy will be available to sign on the day of your session
**The client shall engage in photos with Jennifer Tronco Armento of Little Tree Photography at their own risk and shall assume all responsibility of their own child/children's safety. This includes staying within arms reach of children.
