NHIC Staff Photo Session **Deposit or Full Session Fee

This item is for a booking deposit/retainer for Friday Oct 14, 2022 at 4:00 pm

*Session Rate: $100.00 deposit + $250.00 due on 10/14 = $350 total

*What's included: 45 minutes of session time & 15 digital images

Details:
~Session will consist of photos of each staff member, group staff photo, and photos interacting with clients.
~Session photos will utilize the NHIC office as the background, professional studio background was not requested for this session.
~Additional images if available will be delivered al la carte: $20 per image or 6 for $100

**Estimated delivery time of images is 2-3 weeks via a digital gallery, a 5 day rush can be placed on your gallery for an additional $75.00 due on day of session.
**There will be no reshoots. Reschedules will be made on an as needed basis if client or photographer is ill.

**If session has to be canceled due to any changes in NJ executive order/covid restrictions then we will reschedule for when restrictions are lifted.
**Client does not hold photographer responsible for any risk of covid-19 or any other sickness possibility while they are in their session. Clients understand that photographer will not be wearing a mask but will be socially distant if desired.
**Upon payment this serves as your contract for this session only
**The client shall engage in photos with Jennifer Tronco Armento of Little Tree Photography at their own risk and shall assume all responsibility of their own employee/child/children's safety.
